First of let me just throw this out there: I am not the person who can have a smoothie for breakfast or as a meal. This body needs more! This smoothie is a snack for me, something mid-morning or afternoon to hold me until the next meal.
I really love this smoothie. You can throw anything in and buzz-buzz-buzz, it’s ready to drink!
For the example below I added:
- Frozen berries
- Frozen mixed fruit (mixture with papaya, pineapple, mango)
- Frozen banana
- Vega protein powder
Throw what you have in the blender and top with some coconut. The coconut is nice not just for taste, but for aesthetics.
