Monthly Favorites: January 2016

How is it February?!  I can’t even believe it.  January was great.  We went on a mini-vacation to Kauai, the probowl, the ballet.  Lots going on in my house!  But here’s a couple things I’ve been loving this month.

Beauty:

Cover girl Ready Set Gorgeous foundation – This foundation is great. It is lightweight and gives a really natural finish, but have noticed you can build up. I usually apply with a brush, keeping it nice and easy!

Kat Von D Tattoo Brow – I can admit that there was a learning curve with this product. I received this as a Christmas gift and truly love it. Easy to use and really define those brows for all day wear.

Urban Decay 24/7 eyeliners – the picture shows a purple color but overall I’ve been into these. I use demolition a lot, it is a dark brown and is perfect for waterline a and lash lines. The purple I use to mainly add something to the bottom lash line. These are great! **Tip: check Nordstrom Rack, I have seen them there.

Household Items:

Essential oil in wild orange – this stuff is so tasty and refreshing to freshen up water.  I also really look forward to putting a couple drops in my water for a workout.  And the smell!  So good.

Media (book/TV/film):

The Revenant – yep!  Go see it! This movie was so unique, not sure I’ve ever seen anything quite like it.

Share what you’ve been loving!  Until next time, plant nothing but love.

  1. I’m so glad you like the brow tattoo, I might buy it… Do you have a fav. Tinted moisturizer? Also….careful with ingesting essential oils…google it….lots of controversy over it. Love you
