Well…she does it again. I feel like I am talking about KVD products a lot on this blog. But really, I can’t help it. I love this…and that’s that. This palette is one of the best I own.
I have been so in love with this. This week I have renamed Mi Vida Loca week! For every day this week, I will be sharing some looks I have done with this palette. Some natural, some themed, some challenges (you’ll see what I mean when I post that one).
So, back to the story. For my birthday I received a gift certificate to Sephora. At first I was thinking, perfect… I can use this to stock up on some holy grails (Nars eye liner, beauty blender, FAB face wash, etc.) but turns out I had other plans. I saw press and teasers for this palette everywhere. Then, Cora from vintage or tacky posted this video review. I knew I wanted this. Do I need it? 100% no. But, damn…it is really amazing.
I have heard reviews of people saying they didn’t like the packaging. It doesn’t bother me. Sure it is bigger that a “normal” naked or chocolate bar palette, but it is so creative.
As with most palettes, this one comes with a face chart.
Wait for it…
Look at the packaging!
There is a little notch with a star, grab a hold and the palette slides out.

These swatches were done with NO primer and with ONE pass. Crazy right? Check up this close up of Rewind, the cranberry frost color. So much pigment packed in these shadows.
Stay tuned for the looks this week, friends!
