Spoiler: I love this lip liner. What? Didn’t hear me? I LOVE THIS LIP LINER.
A nice pink lip liner is always good to have – it’s classic. And when you can get it for a good price at the drugstore that is even better. I have to just come out and tell you that this lip liner is so nice. It goes on smooth and lasts a long long time. This is not a drying lip liner either, so your lips will almost welcome this product with open arms. It applies smooth and doesn’t skip at all. Apply under a lipstick, under a gloss or even just wear this on it’s own (as shown in last picture). It is that nice. I am really trying to think of a negative to put in this review, but I honestly can’t think of one. I mean the packaging is kind of cheap plastic, so I guess I could say that. Honestly, I was hesitant to ding the packaging. The tip of the pencil is outfitted in a way that has a nice angle with a twist up so no sharpener is needed. Even after I type that out, I still think the pros of the packaging outweigh the cons.
I first heard about this from Amelia Liana and she mentions on her blog that this is also a dupe for a Charlotte Tilbury lip liner. I don’t have that CT liner but Amelia Liana is a pretty solid blogger, so I trust her opinion (on most things).
As mentioned before, my favorite part is that this is a wind up applicator! No sharpener needed! That is a win for me. This color will look good on any skin tone; it is so universal. So if you haven’t figured it out yet…go try this! I got mine at my local drugstore for around $5.
